Meet the Founding Team

Our leadership team combines unique expertise from years at the National Security Agency’s Computer Network Operations division. Additionally, we bring experience as Chief Information Security Officers in the healthcare and ISP sectors, where we managed complex, high-stakes environments.

    Carter is a highly experienced offensive security professional with nearly a decade of experience in the field. Having a diverse background, he has worked at the NSA performing offensive computer network operations to collect intelligence in private sector organizations.

    John Woods is a distinguished visionary CIO/CISO, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity Leader with over 26 years of experience in IT and 23 years in healthcare technology. He expertly bridges the gap between technical teams, toplevel executives, and board members. His unique approach has enabled the seamless integration of innovative cybersecurity initiatives alongside strategic business growth.
