About Us

After being in cybersecurity for nearly 30 years and seeing countless companies overpay for subpar service, we decided to do something about it.

FalconOps is your cybersecurity sounding board when you need it.

Our leadership team combines unique expertise from years at the National Security Agency’s Computer Network Operations division. Additionally, we bring experience as Chief Information Security Officers in the healthcare and ISP sectors, where we managed complex, high-stakes environments.

Our Core Values

  • We earn it through honest findings, clean delivery, and admitting the limits of what we know. Every client relationship rests on it, and we treat it as something to re-earn on each engagement.

  • Every environment is different, even when the technology is identical, so we shape each engagement to how our client's team actually operates. We move fast without getting sloppy, adjusting our approach as what we find on the ground changes the picture.

  • When standard tools can't see what we need to see, we build engagement-specific tooling in-house. Some of our best findings come from code we wrote for one specific job, and that habit of building keeps us ahead of what off-the-shelf products can do.

  • The threat changes constantly, so our tooling, skills, and tradecraft change with it. We treat every engagement as a chance to sharpen how we work, because standing still in this field means falling behind.

  • When something goes sideways in an engagement, ours or the environment's, we own the response as a team and stay accountable to the result. We fix what's in front of us and see it through, whether or not the root cause sits on our side of the line.
